Start a call

  1. In a conversation, open Actions and choose Voice conversation.
  2. To switch voices, tap Change the voice: Marin, Cedar, Coral, Sage, Ash or Verse. Your choice is kept for your next calls.
  3. Tap Start and allow the microphone if your browser asks.
  4. Talk like you would on the phone. The coach knows your project and can read your numbers during the call.

At the end, See the written conversation opens the call's transcript, stored with your other conversations. For a long text (a message, a page), the coach writes it for you in the chat.

What it uses

  • About 5 to 15 credits per minute, counted on the actual length. The details show up with the small red i next to the X.
  • A call lasts 4 min 30 s at most, and stops when you run out of credits.
  • Once your subscription's credits are used up, you need at least 10 topped-up credits to start a call.

If it doesn't work

  • "The microphone isn't allowed": allow the microphone for firstmrr.app in your browser settings (on iPhone: Settings → Safari → Microphone), then call again.
  • "Not enough credits": add credits with the button shown.
  • "You've reached the number of calls for now": wait a quarter of an hour before calling again.
  • You can't hear anything: check that your phone isn't on silent and that the volume is up.
