From the app
- Open Settings → Help, under Write to support.
- Choose the topic: question, bug, payment or subscription, improvement idea.
- Write your message. Leave the email empty to get the answer at your account's address.
We usually answer within the day.
By email
hello@firstmrr.app. For a payment issue, write from the email you used to pay.
For a bug
Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot of the error message saves us a lot of time.
