Where to find your key, tool by tool
Which key to create in each payment tool, with which permissions, and common errors.
Stripe
Create a restricted key (it starts with rk_live_) with read-only access to Subscriptions and Charges. A full secret key is refused: it would give too many permissions.
Whop
A company API key with read access to memberships, plans and payments, plus your company ID, which starts with biz_ and appears in your Whop dashboard's address.
RevenueCat
A V2 secret key with the "Charts & Metrics" read permission, plus the project ID, which starts with proj.
Polar
An Organization Access Token with the metrics:read permission (it starts with polar_oat_).
Paddle
An API key with subscription.read and transaction.read (it starts with pdl_live_apikey_).
Superwall
An API key with data:read (it starts with sk_). The organization number is optional. Amounts are shown in dollars.
If it doesn't work
- Key refused: check that it's in live mode (not test) and that it has the read permissions listed above.
- Numbers at zero: your tool has no payment yet in the period, or the key belongs to a different account from the one that collects payments.
- Numbers out of date: click Refresh the numbers.
