THE CONDITIONS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
The FirstMRR guarantee
If you put your offer online, publish your videos as indicated and make no sale within 48 hours, we refund your first payment. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, it does not replace them.
1. What you need to do
During the 2 days after your first payment, two conditions:
- Your offer is online for the whole 48 hours. It's a public page, accessible without an account, that presents the offer shown in your videos and its price, with a button that opens a real payment (Stripe, Whop, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or equivalent). A waitlist or a contact form doesn't count.
- You publish at least 3 videos per day (6 in total) on a public network (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube), in the formats presented in your FirstMRR playbooks.
You don't need to put your page's link in your bio or in your videos' description: TikTok doesn't allow it for new accounts.
Recommended, but not required: connect your site in the Stats tab of FirstMRR before your first video, to see the visits they bring you. It is not a condition for the refund.
2. When you get refunded
If, 48 hours after your first payment, you haven't received any payment from a customer for the product or offer you present in those videos, we refund the full amount of your first FirstMRR payment, to the payment method used, within 14 days.
3. How to ask
Write to hello@firstmrr.app within 72 hours of your first payment, from the email address of your payment. Attach the address of your offer's page and the links to your 6 videos, and state that you made no sale. No other justification is required. We reply within 72 hours.
4. What the guarantee doesn't cover
Renewals, coach top-ups, offers with a free trial period, a request sent after 72 hours, an offer page that is missing, offline or without a possible payment during the 48 hours, or videos that are missing, deleted or published privately. The guarantee applies once per person.
5. What the guarantee doesn't promise
FirstMRR guarantees no income, no customers and no number of views. This guarantee refunds you if you make no sale, it doesn't promise that you will make one. The rest is described in the terms of sale.
