Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your email address, registration time and a record of the waitlist notice you accepted. We use these to manage the waitlist and send FirstMRR launch and early-access updates. The legal basis is your consent, expressed by clicking “Join the waitlist” after reading the notice beside the form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

If you contact us, we process your message and contact details to respond. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and operating the website securely. Hosting services may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information. For abuse prevention, we use short-lived request counters with hashed IP identifiers; we do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist database.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorized team members and service providers acting for us. We use Supabase for database storage and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell waitlist data or share your email with affiliate partners for their marketing. Our Supabase database is located in the EU; provider operations and our US company may involve processing outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on applicable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details while preparing and announcing the launch, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We review the list at launch and remove data no longer needed for this purpose. Abuse-prevention counters expire after their short rate-limit window and are cleaned up as the service receives requests. Provider security logs follow the providers’ retention policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, and, where applicable, request portability, restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@outset.team using the address on the waitlist. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. The private admin area uses an essential session cookie for authentication. An earlier local preview saved a waitlist entry only in your browser; this is not automatically imported into our database, and the current form clears it after a successful registration.

Updates

We may update this notice as FirstMRR develops. We will update the date above and communicate material changes where required.
