Your map and its steps

How your roadmap moves forward on its own, from your idea to your first revenue, and what each step says.

The map

Your roadmap is a mountain: your idea at base camp, €10,000 of MRR at the summit, then the peaks beyond. The You marker shows where you stand, and your next step is highlighted.

  1. Your idea: your idea set, with the coach or in your project.
  2. Put your site online (or your app): your site answers at its address, or your tracking gets its first visit.
  3. Your first visitors: 50 visitors.
  4. Your first sign-ups: 10 sign-ups.
  5. A stranger pays: the first payment from someone who is neither you nor a test.
  6. The MRR milestones: €100, €1,000, €2,500, €5,000 then €10,000 of monthly revenue, and beyond that €25,000, €50,000 and €100,000.

How a step ticks

There is nothing to tick: each step ticks itself when your data shows it. Connect your site in Site & app and your payment tool in Revenue, and your map moves forward as your visits, sign-ups and payments come in.

  • Confirmed: seen in your data, with its date.
  • Declared: your idea, which you set yourself.
  • Before FirstMRR: already behind you when you connected your data, with no known date.
  • To confirm: a first payment to confirm in one click, to be sure it is neither you nor a test.

A step never goes back because a connection broke. If a step looks wrong, report it from its card on the map.
