Troubleshooting: posts and numbers
Posts that don't show up, numbers that don't move, an account to reconnect.
No posts yet
Posts don't arrive the second you connect an account: they show up within minutes. Reload the page a bit later.
- Only public posts can be read.
- On Instagram, the account must be professional (Creator or Business).
Numbers that don't move
Numbers are read several times a day, more often for recent posts. Instagram can publish its views a few hours late: a view Instagram hasn't published yet isn't a lost view.
"Reconnect" shows up
Access expired or was removed from the platform (password changed, access removed in the settings). Click Reconnect and authorize again: your data picks up where it left off.
Sales next to a post
Under each post, All your sales, these 3 days shows what you collected in the three days that follow. It's a time marker, not an attribution: those sales don't necessarily come from that post. To know where your visits come from, use tracked links.
