Terms of sale

These terms apply to the free analysis, the FirstMRR subscription and coach top-ups. By subscribing, you accept them. They do not take away any right the law of your country of residence gives you.

1. Who sells

FirstMRR is a service of EG PRIME LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #25956, Newark, DE 19702, USA. Contact: hello@firstmrr.app.

Payment is collected by Whop, our payment provider. EG PRIME LLC remains your seller and your only point of contact for the service, refunds and withdrawal.

2. What FirstMRR does

FirstMRR helps you launch a first piece of software or digital product: a free analysis after a few questions, then, with the subscription, a coach that knows your project, a week-by-week roadmap, guides and tracking of your site's numbers if you install it.

The analyses and the coach's answers are produced by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors and do not replace the advice of a legal, tax or financial professional.

3. No income guarantee

FirstMRR is a coaching tool. It does not guarantee any income, any customers or any result. The amounts you enter are your goals, not forecasts. What you get depends on your work, your market and factors nobody controls.

4. Age and parental consent

FirstMRR is for people aged 13 and over. If you are between 13 and 17, you can only subscribe with the consent of a parent or your legal guardian, and by subscribing you declare that you have it. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to stop the subscription and refund the last payment: we do it without argument, by writing to hello@firstmrr.app.

5. Price and payment

Three plans, charged when you subscribe and then at the end of each period: €18.99 incl. tax every 30 days, €39.99 incl. tax every 3 months, or €99.99 incl. tax every 12 months. Charges continue until you cancel. The price is shown before payment. You pay by card or by the means offered in Whop's secure payment window. FirstMRR never sees your card details.

If the price changes, we notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before your next charge. You can then cancel at no cost.

6. No commitment, cancel online

The subscription has no commitment. You can cancel it at any time, online, from your FirstMRR account ("Manage my subscription" link) or from your Whop space. Cancelling stops the following charges. You keep access until the end of the period already paid (30 days, 3 months or 12 months depending on your plan).

7. Withdrawal: 14 days, full refund

You have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind. Just ask us, with no justification needed, even if you have already used the service. We refund the full amount of that payment within 14 days, to the payment method used, and your access ends.

To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from the contract" button in your account (Settings, Subscription tab), or write to hello@firstmrr.app with the e-mail address of your payment. We confirm receipt of your request, with its date and time.

Outside this period and a parent's request, a period that has started is not refunded, unless required by law or in case of an error on our side.

FirstMRR guarantee

In addition to this right, your first payment is refunded if you put your offer online with payment possible, publish 6 videos within 48 hours and make no sale. The full terms are on the guarantee page.

8. Coach top-ups

Your subscription includes a monthly amount of coach usage and a number of images. If you use it up before it renews, you can buy a credit top-up: 200 credits for €10 incl. tax, 450 for €20 incl. tax or 1,000 for €40 incl. tax. It is a one-time payment, with no renewal or later charge.

One question to the coach costs 1 credit. A very long request, which takes a lot of work from the coach, can cost several, 6 at most. One image costs 3 credits. If nothing is produced, the credits are returned to you.

A top-up can only be used with an active subscription, and only once your subscription's volume is used up. Unused credits stay on your account and become usable again if you take a subscription again.

As with the subscription, you have 14 days after buying a top-up to change your mind: write to hello@firstmrr.app with the e-mail address of your payment, we refund the top-up and the remaining credits are removed. The FirstMRR guarantee does not apply to top-ups.

9. Your account

Your access is personal. You sign in with the Apple or Google account you linked, or from the e-mail of your payment. Keep these accesses to yourself. It is forbidden to resell or share the subscription, to try to access other members' data, to disrupt the service or to use it for illegal or deceptive activities, such as promising income to others.

In case of serious abuse, we may suspend your access after warning you, except in an emergency. If the suspension is not justified by your fault, we refund the remaining period.

10. Your content

Your answers, your ideas and what you write in FirstMRR belong to you. You can freely reuse the plans, messages and texts produced for you. The software, the brand and FirstMRR's content remain the property of EG PRIME LLC.

11. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service running continuously, without being able to guarantee the absence of outages. The service evolves: we may add, change or remove features, without removing the essentials of what you paid for. If a change puts you at a disadvantage, you can cancel at no cost.

12. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service described here. We are not responsible for the decisions you make, your results, third-party services you choose to use, or use that goes against these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability beyond what the law allows.

13. Personal data

How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.

If you connect your own site to our statistics, you are responsible for your visitors' data and we act as your processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. In that case:

we only process this data to show you your statistics, following your instructions (the installed script and your settings), and never for our own purposes;
we do not sell it, we do not combine it with other data and we only share it with our hosting providers, listed in the privacy policy;
we protect it: each visitor is only represented by a fingerprint that changes every day, access is restricted and exchanges are encrypted;
the people who have access to it are bound by confidentiality;
we keep it for 25 months at most. If you disconnect your site or delete your account, it is erased;
we help you answer your visitors' requests and we notify you without delay if this data is compromised;
you can ask us, by writing to hello@firstmrr.app, for what is needed to check that these commitments are met.

On your side, you inform your visitors that you measure your audience with FirstMRR and you let them opt out. The text to add to your privacy policy and the opt-out link are given to you at installation.

14. A question, a problem

Write to us at hello@firstmrr.app: we reply within 7 days. If we cannot find a solution together, you keep the option of going to the competent courts or to a consumer mediator.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes with each version. If an important change concerns you, we notify you by e-mail before it applies, and you can cancel if you disagree.
